We aim to grow and strengthen paddling communities by improving access to the highest quality paddling gear and knowledge.

HOW WE DO IT

Delivering quality paddling gear is only a small part of what we do. Coaching and founding teams, organizing races, and donations are just some of the ways we grow paddling communities.

OUR STORY

Twin Paddlesports was founded in 2018 by twin brothers Aidan and Shamus Menard. Aidan and Shamus have extensive athletic and coaching experience in competitive dragon boat including over a dozen podium finishes nationally as both athletes and coaches, and 30+ medals internationally. The twins have coached successful teams such as Eric Hamber Eternal Dragon, Dragon Zone U24, JUICE, and UBC Current. Their most recently acquired team is the Canadian U24 National Team which competed at the 14th IDBF World Dragon Boat Racing Championships in Pattaya-Rayong, Thailand in August, 2019 and brought home 9 gold medals and 6 silver, and currently stands as the world's top U24 team.
